FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS & ANCESTRAL STORIES WRITING COURSE (KAROO REST)

What story were you born into? What story will you pass on to future generations?

This writing and family constellations workshop is an invitation to explore what you have inherited from those who came before you, and how this  impacts your life and choices you make..

We will explore what strengths and resources, habits and defenses you might pass to future generations and what stops with you. We will invite insights into what is helpful or harmful to ourselves, others and the earth.

In the workshop we will move between writing sessions (facilitated by Dawn) and family constellations/expressive arts processes (facilitated by Paula). With each supporting the integration of the other.

You will enjoy delicious, farm style meals, locally sourced food, cosy, rustic accommodation and excellent company in the pristine, beautiful Sneeuberg Karoo. Beginner writers are welcome.

The workshop starts an Tuesday evening with dinner and ends with dinner on Saturday night.

All meals and teas provided.
